About Me
My name is Todd and I've been wanting to host a website for some time now. I finally got registered with iPage for this website, but may or may not upgrade to a VPS in the future (shared hosting can be slow). This website will hold all the resources I've developed (in time...) so everyone can have access to them. Feel free to use anything you see on here! I would like to thank Erwin Aligam from Style Shout for saving me from a graphical nightmare by letting me use this template.
I am currently an electrical engineering student at the University of Florida (UF). I'm looking to get a doctorate in either electrical engineering or physics. I'd like to use that degree to get a job in research and developement in an applied electronics research lab. I currently work as a undergraduate reasearcher for the physics department of UF. I've been published twice so far, but cannot post these publications because they are technically owned by the journals... The article names (and links to the reprints) are:
- Graphene/GaN Schottky Diodes: Stability at Elevated Temperatures
- Tuning Schottky diodes at the many-layer-graphene/semiconductor interface by doping
- Graphite based Schottky diodes formed on Si, GaAs, and 4H-SiC substrates
